Purple Protein SmoothieBreakfasts
This is a great morning starter. If you have a sweet tooth, try adding a tablespoon of your favourite jam or honey or maple syrup. If you like a colder smoothie use frozen fruit. Important to keep your flax meal refrigerated or grind it to order as it goes rancid quickly and you wouldn’t want that in your smoothie.

- 2 cupsof Olympic strawberry Kefir
- 2 cupschopped mixed berries/stone fruit (blueberries, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, plums)
- 1/4 cupnut butter (sunflower seed, peanut, almond...)
- 1 tsp.cocoa powder
- 2 tsp.flax meal
Combine all the ingredients in the jug of your blender and run on high speed until you have a smooth and smiley smoothie.
