Overnight Blueberry-Oat Mason jar Breakfasts
For those mornings where you have to leave ten minutes ago, grab this healthy breakfast on your way out.

- 1/4 cupinstant oats
- 1/4 cupOlympic Organic French vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp.chia seeds
- 1/2 cupmilk (soy, almond or rice if you like)
- 1/4 cupdiced fresh blueberries (or other seasonal fruits
- 1/2 tsp.cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients directly in a mason jar. And if you want, you can add even more blueberries on top.
Refrigerate overnight (or at least an hour).
Eat straight from the jar.
