Overnight Blueberry-Oat Mason jar Breakfasts

For those mornings where you have to leave ten minutes ago, grab this healthy breakfast on your way out.

  • 1/4 cupinstant oats
  • 1/4 cupOlympic Organic French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp.chia seeds
  • 1/2 cupmilk (soy, almond or rice if you like)
  • 1/4 cupdiced fresh blueberries (or other seasonal fruits
  • 1/2 tsp.cinnamon


Mix all the ingredients directly in a mason jar. And if you want, you can add even more blueberries on top.

Refrigerate overnight (or at least an hour).

Eat straight from the jar.
