Green and Lean SmoothieBreakfasts
If you can never get enough green stuff, this is a fast and easy way to get it done. If you can get pre-washed spinach, all the easier. Some great words to live and shop by: Local and organic.

- 2 cupsOlympic plain Kefir
- 1 cupspinach leaves
- 1/4 cupfresh mint leaves
- 1 cupchopped cucumber
- 2 chopped apples (about 2 cups)
- 2-3 tbsp.honey (to taste)
- 1/2 cupbrewed green tea, cold
Combine all ingredients in the jug of your blender and blitz.
Try switching out the mint for basil or lemon balm or pears for the apples.
Add some liquid chlorophyll or spirulina powder for a next level green experience.
