MANGO YOGURT ICE CREAMDessert
The mango ice cream is rich, soft and creamy, a real ecstasy for your mouth.

- 1 1/2 cups (350 g)Olympic Krema mango yogurt
- 10 tbsp (150 ml)35% cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 oz (55 g)sugar
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cream.
Pour the mixture and zest into the ice cream maker to obtain frozen yogurt.
