Oatmeal express

Garnish your oatmeal to your liking

Ingredients

  • 250ml (1 cup) Olympic Organic Vanilla yogurt
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk or vegetable drink to taste (soy, rice, almond…)
  • 125ml (½ cup) oatmeal
  • 30ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Cover
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator
