Garnish your oatmeal to your liking
Ingredients
- 250ml (1 cup) Olympic Organic Vanilla yogurt
- 250ml (1 cup) milk or vegetable drink to taste (soy, rice, almond…)
- 125ml (½ cup) oatmeal
- 30ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients
- Cover
- Refrigerate overnight
- Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator
