Start your day right with this energizing green smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen pineapple
- 3 large handful of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of Olympic Organic Vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup of water to help it blend (or ice if you use fresh fruits)
Preparation
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until getting a smooth texture
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately
