Ice cream yogurt

A sweet strawberry delight perfect for your summer activities !

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup (360 g) Olympic Krema Organic plain yogurt
• 10 tbsp (150 ml)35% cream
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp (55 g)sugar

Preparation

1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add the cream.
3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker to obtain frozen yogurt.
