Mango yogurt ice cream

The mango ice cream is rich, soft and creamy, a real ecstasy for your mouth.


  • 1 ½ cups (350 g)Olympic Krema mango yogurt
  • 10 tbsp (150 ml)35% cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 oz (55 g)sugar


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the cream.
  3. Pour the mixture and zest into the ice cream maker to obtain frozen yogurt.
